Gator`s Dockside in Ocoee

THEY ARE OPEN!!!I LOVE this Gator's location!! BEST food and BEST staff by far!! Next time you are there have Ashley make you a blue Long Island ice tea....ooo yummy!! Jason really keeps a great thing going! Bravo to all the staff here!!Gabriel rocks too!!

Terrible to work for, kitchen is disgusting. Lots of cross contamination. Couple of roaches here and there. It’s sad when a manager tells you, that he wouldn’t even bring his own family there to eat. Just over all a terrible place. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I really love Gators wings. They are my all time favorite. So I am really bummed that the level of service has gone down so much at this location. I haven’t left a review before until now because I was hoping it would turn around. Not yet though. They labeled our to-go order wrong, so when I passed out the meals to my co-workers and everyone went on their way, we had the wrong wings. Very frustrating.

The only reason for the one star deduction was the service when we arrived. We walked in the door to a sign stating Please Wait to be Seated. Not a problem, but after waiting 3-4 minutes with no one even saying hello to us, we decided to sit at the bar; We were greeted immediately and well taken care of from there on. We started off with the fried pickles which are outstanding! I discovered they make a Monte Cristo, and I had not had one in many years, so I went with that and some baked beans. My wife decided on the Winger Wrap with some Mac and Cheese. Both dinners were excellent! Kirsten was a must awesome bartender...very cheerful and attentive.

The honey garlic wings were amazing. The important part though is our server Cooper is hands down the best waiter I've ever had! He is a gem and Gator's should be proud to have him!

Had a really good experience here the waitress was very kind of patient even though she was one of the last ones still working she was able to still maintain professionalism and provide us timely service.

I used to remember Gators as a nice place to eat and relax. Relaxing is OK but eating was far from it. I ordered a fried shrimp dinner and the menu said lots of breaded shrimp, homestyle fries and coleslaw but I got shrimp that I swear came from capt d's as they were very small and all breading, mashed potatoes and broccoli? The potatoes and broccoli were good but the shrimp were not. Probably won't head there again anytime soon.

To go food was undercooked last time I was there. Gave another chance today. Beer tower was warm and tasted awful. The waitress tried her best. My friend and I each drank half a glass of beer. I asked the manager to take the tower off the bill and charge us for a couple beers instead. He said no. The food was cold. Beer was warm and the management doesn't seem to care. I talked to the manager about everything and to make it clear I paid the whole bill NO discount. Left a full tower of beer. The waitress was tipped she was good.

Staff is friendly and very helpful with food decisions on the menu, it's hard for my 10yr old to make food decisions. We had the nachos which were good and we loved the fish and chips, fried shrimp platter and the Philly cheese steak. It was my first time visiting this establishment but not for my family. I can't wait to come back again and try more entrees.

All you can eat wings on mondays is the best

My family and I (7of us) go EVERY Mon for wing night. We understand it can get busy as I work in a kitchen. But seems now within the last month it's harder to get our food. 2 hours at this location to only get 2 orders of wings, when we pay 15$. The bald man manager didnt seem to care that we were unhappy. Also made a statement when we asked for another order of fries, he stated you know they aren't free refills right... the way he said it was very rude . My family and I wont be going back. We will take our money else where.

It was kids eat free they did alot of cool activity

I started coming to this Gator's Dockside after the one on Dr. Phillips closed. This one is awesome too. Great service and we love the menu.

Horrible experience! First, while server was talking to us, my husband spotted a roach on the booth over my shoulder. He knows I have a roach phobia, so he tried to keep his cool and discretely tried to grab it, and when I realized what he was doing I had to get up from table and move. Server came to our table when we were doing this, we told her about the roach, and although she apologized, no manager ever came to the table ever. From that point on, everything just went downhill. Drinks were watered down, our wings were supposed to be hot and they weren't. Maybe the roach incident and the fact that the restaurant was filthy played in the whole experience. Honestly worst meal and experience ever. I walked out of there nauseous and upset. We will never be back!

Today was my 1st trip to Gator's Dockside Ocoee. The service was outstanding and the That Big Pretzel and the Sweet Bavarian Mustard was excellent. My bar drink was very good and my wait staff, Shayna and Dawn, were very attentive and accommodating. I will be stopping by Gator's Dockside Ocoee again very soon!!

Food value doesn't justify their dinner prices. Lunch prices are more reasonable. The giant pretzel appetizer is awesome.

First time visitor and I’m impressed! Big thank you to Jeremy for treating my family so well. Typically servers see a family with small children and don’t treat us very well. Jeremy went above and beyond to make our Tuesday night dinner so comfortable and amazing. Gators has gained a customer. Great food!! Great Service!!!

Mixed experience at this location.Service was friendly but extremely slow.We ordered chicken wings, the fries were stale and cold. Lots of indoor seating but the place needs an update and some cleaning, it feels and looks dirty.The Wednesday night trivia was fun and kept us entertained while waiting for the food.

I don't want to leave negative feedback, so I'll offer some positive advice... I would advise you to change your fry oil more than once a year. Try to have your staff pay attention to every order for accuracy and not just stand around doing nothing. Although water is an ingredient in your dressings, don't mix water to a 1:1 ratio.Just some helpful advise for your future customers that will most certainly not include me. Do better!!

When I had a mix up with my online order and payment the manager Mike was extremely helpful and kind. The food was excellent and packed well for pick up! I will definitely visit again and recommend them.

I’m new to the area and have been trying various places to find some go-to restaurants. This place is one the top of the list for sure!The chili was extremely delicious. I was full and wanted to keep eating it!The burger was big and delicious, and the fries had some great flavor.I ordered the food using a delivery app, and this was the first of the last 4 places to send me exactly what I ordered with nothing missing.Definitely a place I will be taking out of town visitors for dinner!
